I work at Prosertek in the port sector, specializing in berthing-aided monitoring systems (BAS), gangways, and critical port equipment. I started my career as a first-class construction worker before completing a Higher Vocational Diploma in Industrial Automation & Robotics — a hands-on path that shaped how I approach technical problems in the field. Over the years I've built solid experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, and safety-critical systems for ports. In parallel, I've gone deep into AI and agentic workflows — using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude to build internal tools, streamline documentation, and accelerate troubleshooting. I've deployed and tested 1000+ AI-assisted tools and apps. I see myself as a bridge between port infrastructure, industrial automation, and practical AI.

  • Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot BAS installations: laser/radar rangefinders, load cells, PLC control units, and operator display systems across international port sites.

  • Deliver on-site and remote technical support, client training, and handover documentation — often as the sole technical authority on site.
